SIZING & FIT

If you have any questions or concerns about items and their overall fit, please reach out to us via email or Instagram DM and we would be happy to help you find the right size. 

We have detailed size guides for every single product. If you have a favorite top or bottom, we recommend measuring those dimensions and comparing them to our size chart.

For tops, we measure chest straight across 1" under the pit. We measure length vertically straight down from high point shoulder. We measure sleeve length from shoulder edge to cuff. We measure shoulder width from edge shoulder to edge shoulder. For the bottom hem, we measure horizontally at the opening of the garment at the lowest point.

For bottoms, we measure waist laid flat at the top of the waistband horizontally. We measure rise from waistband down to crotch inseam. We measure inseam from crotch stitch to bottom hem. We measure hip 9" down from waistband and then measure straight horizontally across. We measure thigh 1" down from crotch seam horizontally across the leg. For leg opening, we measure flat across at the bottom hem opening.

For our tops, we generally produce sizes XS - XXL.
For our bottoms, we produce waist sizes 26 - 38. Our inseams range from 32" to 34". If a pant is too long for you, we highly recommend taking your pair to a tailor and asking if they can shorten with original hem. This means the tailor will cut off the original hem, leaving all the fading and distressing in tact, and resew it to your new shorter length.

CARE

For care, we highly recommend machine wash cold and tumble dry low for a majority of fleece and jersey. For most denim and most outerwear, we would still machine wash cold but with a low spin cycle as to not beat up the garment too much. We then recommend air drying as opposed to machine drying. If your item feels stiff after air drying for some time, we recommend seeing if your dryer has an "air dry" cycle. This will spin the garment in your dryer with no added heat and will break up the stiffness.

ORDERING

If you wish to make any changes to your order after purchasing, please email us at info@bareknuckles.co as quickly as possible. We will do our best to adjust sizing and address changes on the spot. 

In order to use PayPal, please checkout as guest and not through the Shopify Shop login.

SHIPPING

For orders within the United States, we ship based on package size and that can range from USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx Ground Economy, or FedEx Home Delivery. For the rest of the world, we generally ship FedEx International Economy.

We use a third party warehouse in Gardena, CA called Shipbots  - we generally ship orders the same day if they are placed before 12 pm PST. If placed after 12 pm PST, the order will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship on weekends.

For international shipping, we now ship all orders DDP - which stands for Delivered Duty Paid. We want our overseas customers to have full transparency to the possible taxes and duties that they will pay when they order. When you go to the checkout page as a non-USA customer, you will see a shipping fee, a duty fee, and a tax fee. These are paid by you up front and you will not receive a surprise customs bill upon delivery. Each country is different and we have no way of knowing the amount each customer is charged. We want our shopping experience to be as seamless as possible and think this is a step in the right direction.

Customers are given the option at checkout to opt into Route - a service that will reimburse your order if your package is stolen, lost, or damaged in transit. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance - Route will cover you in full if anything happens. If a customer opts out of Route, please be aware that BARE KNUCKLES is not liable to provide a refund. Lost shipments and stolen packages from doorsteps/mailboxes are not the responsibility of BARE KNUCKLES and claims must be made through Route, if opted in.

RETURNS

We allow exchanges for a new size or returns for store credit. Shoot us an email to get the process started. We are not able to offer returns for refunds at this time. We have provided detailed measurements of each product to help you make the best sizing choice. We hope you understand.

You have 14 days from when the order is delivered to initiate an exchange. In order to initiate an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and be returned in its original plastic garment bag. You will receive a RAF (return authorization form) that needs to be included with your return. Please ship within 5 business days of receiving the confirmation exchange email and reply to that email with tracking number so we can better assist you. You may choose any courier at your convenience. 

Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to us. 

Once we receive the return at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 days to inspect the garment and confirm the condition of the return. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation with store credit or your new size. If the item requested for exchange goes out of stock during evaluation period, the exchange will automatically be converted to store credit.

BARE KNUCKLES will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear. 

All items bought during a sale are final sale.
